19 YEAR OLD TEENAGER OFFERS TO GIVE UP HIS XBOX TO SPEND ONE MONTH IN PRISON

19-year-old from the Northland
region of New Zealand has requested to spend one month in jail as he was tired of playing his Xbox at home (the teenager has been on house arrest for past 10 months).<br>
The New Zealand Herald reports that
the teen, who has one month left on
his detention, told police in
Whangarei that he would break the
terms of his arrest if not allowed to
trade in his room for a cell.
According to Senior Constable Paul
Nicholas, the teen was bored, having
"run out of Xbox games to play."
Though the request is a bizarre one
for sure, it's worth noting that
Ngawha Prison, where the teen is
now locked up, reportedly has both
Xboxes and PlayStations.
