MAGNA CARTA CRUSHES THE COMPETITION....SELLS OVER 500K AT THE STORES

Another week and another rap album reigns supreme on the Billboard Album chart according to final numbers for the week 9 July to 16 July, Jay-Z's Magna Carts....Holy Grail proved to be truly the holy grail for music lovers as it sold over 520,000 (these numbers doesn't include the 1 million copies of the album bought by Samsung) copies to clinch the number one spot. The Magna Carter... Holy Grail outsold the number two album by roughly ten times.
Last week's number one, Born Sinner, fell two places down to number three to make way for Ciara's self titled album Ciara.
Kanye West and Wale dropped further down the charts to number six and seven respectively.
Newcomer Skylar Grey's first studio album landed at No.8 with 24,253 album sold in its first week.
