Samsung has started its global rollout of the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow to users of its flagship device from 2 years ago.
Starting today users of the Galaxy S5 with model number SM-G900F will begin receiving notifications to download and update their devices via OTA. The SM-G900F which pretty much covers devices sold to customers in Europe, Latin America, and most countries in Asia.
In classical Samsung style, the update doesn't include the newer version of Touchwiz. If you haven't gotten an update notification yet, you might want to check by heading to the Settings menu, then About device and Software Update.Source: Sammobile
