Earlier today, the draws for the second round of the 2018/2019 edition of the UEFA Champions League was held at Nyon.
And as usual there were few surprises having been able to predict three of the pairings (5 if count the last two inevitable pairings). Last year's Champions Real Madrid, who always seem to have the luck of the draw, were pitted against Ajax. Favourites Manchester City (don't know how they managed that) were also given a favourable route having drawn Schalke 04. Bayern Munich and Liverpool, who have won 5 Trophies each, are drawn against each other. Tottenham Hotspur will face Borussia Dortmund, while the José Mourinho led Manchester United will have to duke it out French Champions, PSG.
